If anything prevents us from completing service as scheduled, I will reach out to you as soon as possible via phone call, text, or email. I will then work with you to reschedule the service.
Customers

You may cancel services at any time BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGINS, but please let me know as soon as possible. I am happy to reschedule if needed.

You may cancel a contract at any time before the 12 month period has ended.
You are responsible for the remainder of the month that you cancel, and the 15% discount applied to all rendered services will be added to the final invoice.

Grass is mulched unless you request that we bag it.
Additional fees apply if bagging is required.
Why?
The mulched grass acts as an organic fertilizer for your
lawn, releasing potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen
back into the soil and roots.
If the yard is very overgrown, we will bag the clipping
by default. While some mulch is a good thing, too
much will suppress growth in your lawn.
Animal Waste Removal

Animal are amazing sources of fun, joy, and companionship.
Cleaning up after them? That's a crappy deal. Pun intended.

Shrub, Bush, and Small Tree Trimming
